  8. Operator training & monitoring
  9. Operators skill development & follow ups
  10. NPT ie Nonproductive time (Loss Time) recording and taking step to reduce.
  11. MMR report making & analyzing
  12. TPM ie 5s & 8 pillars implementation, follow up & regular basis inspecting
  13. Defects minimizing activities like statistical analysis for continuous quality improvement
  14. Production Planning and control, Planning Calculations
  15. Lean Manufacturing & six sigma implementation
  16. Wastage control activities ( 7 wastage control )
  17. Budgeting Man Machine & others equipment
  18. Calculation of CPM, EPM, CM
  19. WIP (Work in Process) follow up & reducing
  20. Efficiency Calculation
  21. Data management & KPI (Key Performance Indicator) Report formation
  22.  All Section inventory control
  23. OT control & operator incentive calculation
  24. Supply chain control
  25. Fabric & thread consumption.
